and top rail will be 4” wide with the addition of the arches
Arch radius is 14 3/4”
Additional simulated divided lites (muntins) added as pictured in sketch to front and back of glass
Glass- 5/32” tempered reeded glass set with glazing tape and glass stops
Door will arrived primed inside and out ready for paint on site
Builder agrees to paint portions of the window sash that will not be accessible once glass is installed using Benjamin Moore Chantilly Lace, Semi Gloss
Solid poplar jamb 4 9/16” (jamb depth may change after contractor measurements are confirmed)

Door handling - right hand reverse, door will be prepped for hardware at 36” from bottom of door
