RO 36 1/2 “ X 81 3/4”
Doors will be ~17”x 80” each
Made from Solid Domestic Cherry
Mortise and tenon joinery throughout
Shaker style Profile
Upper section- Clear 3/16” Tempered Glass
Lower Section - Jointed flat panel
Finishing
Doors will be stained with general finishes oil based gel stain in Brown Mahogany, 2 coats
Then finished with several coats of general finishes High performance top coat, Semi Gloss
Jamb and hardware info
Prehung in solid Polar jamb with three hinges, Hinges included (3 ball bearing hinges per door)
Polished Brass
Jamb will arrive primed ready for paint on customers end
Jamb will likely be broken down for transport
Jamb Depth 4 9/16”“
Door stops included
Orientation -Push (When looking at the doors they will push open into the den)
Two Non Decorative flush Bolts for inactive door, Left Door - Included
New York Style Doorset with no keyhole and round knobs, Passage installed on right door

Base price for Mediterranean French Doors 17-18” - 2899
New York Style Doorset with no keyhole and round knobs, Passage- 280.90
New York Style Doorset with no keyhole and round knobs, Double Dummies- 280.90
Prehanging fee for standard depth (4 9/16”), double door jamb - 500
Surcharge for freight distance to Hudson, WI- 250
Deposit invoice will be 2511.30 which is half of base cost of doors and jamb. Then full cost of hardware and any freight fees.
Final invoice wil be due upon completion prior to delivery in the amount of 1699.50
***Customer has been quoted 20-24 week lead time and is OK to wait
